Design & Branding
What format do you need our artwork to be in?
For best results, we recommend providing your artwork in a vector file format such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF. Vector files allow us to scale your logo to any size without losing quality, ensuring sharp, professional results for all signage applications.
If vector files are not available, we can work with high-resolution .PNG or .JPG files. Our design team can also assist with artwork recreation or file conversion if needed.
We do not recommend using AI-generated files, as they may not meet our quality standards and can produce inconsistent results.
Can you color match our brand colors?
Yes. We take brand consistency seriously and can accurately color match your logo and brand standards across all signage and graphics.
If you provide Pantone (PMS) colors, CMYK values, or brand guidelines, we will match them as closely as possible during production. Our team carefully calibrates print and material selections to maintain consistency across all applications.
Please note: slight variations may occur depending on materials, lighting conditions, and finishes (such as vinyl, acrylic, paint, or illuminated signage). We always strive to achieve the closest possible match.

How soon will I receive my order?
Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of your project. Standard orders typically ship within a set production window after final artwork approval, while larger or multi-location programs may require additional time.
We’ll provide a clear timeline once your order is approved—and if you’re on a deadline, let us know. We’ll work to meet it.
How long will my sign last?
The lifespan of your sign depends on the materials used and where it’s installed. Interior signage can last many years, while exterior signs are designed with durable, weather-resistant materials built to withstand sun, wind, and seasonal conditions.
We use high-quality substrates and premium vinyl to ensure long-term performance and color retention. During the design phase, we’ll recommend the best materials based on your environment and longevity goals.
Delivery & Logistics
Do you deliver?
Yes. We offer local delivery as well as shipping nationwide. Whether you need signage delivered to a single location or distributed to multiple stores, we coordinate logistics to ensure your materials arrive safely and on time.
For multi-location programs, we also provide organized kitting and location-specific packaging to streamline delivery and installation.
What is included in your signage kitting services?
Our professional kitting services include sorting and packaging signage by store location, labeling each package clearly, including installation hardware and instructions, and preparing materials for quick and accurate store-level installation.
